We now also have Emily Chia (St. John, Sargasso, Le Grand Bain) cooking with us. It's a really fun & clever menu. Think 'Bahn mi' terrines with pickles, maggi oeuf mayos, popcorn cauliflower and zesty white fish cooked with jalepeno and limes. It's totally delicious.
