We are Zeloof LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated and registered in England and Wales with number OC352852. Our registered office is 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL. In this Privacy Policy it refers to "us", "we" and "our", and that is us – Zeloof LLP.
We also trade as ‘Truman Brewery’.
We are usually a Controller of your personal data which means we are responsible for it. Sometimes we are a Processor of your personal data in relation to the services we provide to our clients.

We manage and hire out for events spaces within the Truman Brewery, 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL (the “Truman Brewery site”) and elsewhere in local area.
We also run markets in the Truman Brewery site.
We also let space in parts of the Truman Brewery site.
We also carry out cleaning, security, management, and other services in and around the Truman Brewery site.
We also operate bars in the Truman Brewery site, being Juju’s Bar & Stage and Ninety One Living Room.
We also run CCTV covering parts of the Truman Brewery site.

What does Zeloof LLP do with my personal data?
We use your personal data for the purposes set out above. This might mean that we have to share your personal data with third parties, including:
(a) Service providers who act as processors on our behalf or controllers in their own right, in order to provide services to you. This includes, in particular:
- Trusec Security Limited – a company that provides security services on the Truman Brewery site.
- Trutec Services Limited - a company that provides IT services within the Truman Brewery site.
- Brevo – the Truman Brewery newsletter is managed and sent via Brevo.
(b) Our professional advisers, such as our auditors and solicitors.
(c) If we choose to restructure our business we may share your personal data with third parties who we choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business and assets with, or who we seek to acquire or merge with. New owners of our business, unless they tell you otherwise, may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this Privacy Policy.
(d) Other legal, regulatory, judicial and law-enforcement agencies who we may need to share personal data with to comply with our legal obligations.
These third parties are required to respect the security of your personal data and treat it in accordance with the law.

Additional information about your personal data
Transfers outside of the EEA
We may share your personal data with third parties that are based outside of the European Economic Area
(EEA). Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

How we keep your data safe

How long we keep your data for
Under data protection laws, we cannot retain your personal data in a form that identifies you for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. This may include for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
We usually store personal data for 7 years from the last communication from you that we receive, but there may be occasions where we need to store it for longer or shorter periods.
