Boiler House is a breathtaking former industrial space with a rich history dating back to the 1830s. This versatile space retains many of its original features, including soaring ceilings, striking skylights, and beautifully preserved brickwork. Standing tall at its heart is the iconic 49m Truman chimney - one of East London’s most recognizable landmarks.

Spanning 10,155 sq ft, The Boiler House is flooded with natural light thanks to its original windows and skylights. A split-level mezzanine and distinctive quarry-tiled floors offer endless possibilities for creative event layouts. Beyond the interiors, a spacious courtyard and walled garden provide the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxed breakout areas.
