On the corner of Dray Walk right next to The Big Chill bar. The venue has floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides making it a bit of a fish bowl which can be easily seen from Elys Yard where people hang out on the weekends on picnic benches. |

Access for loading/unloading is great as you can park immediately outside. Footfall comes from Elys Yard/Hanbury Street and from Brick Lane. |

1. It has a forecourt just outside of the venue which is great if you want a bit of outside space - especially for private views.
2. It also has the luxury of being able to get cars into the space if needed due to 2 sets of folding doors. |
